First I get your context: who your Committee is, what they expect and where your function stands today. Without that, any recommendation is just a mold borrowed from another client.
Then I assess with formal criteria and traceability back to the rule. If something conforms, I tell you why. If it doesn't, same. The point is that you can defend every conclusion, not take my word for it.
At the end you get prioritized recommendations, ready to apply. What you can fix this week comes first.
